    Let’s be accountability partners!
What’s one action you commit to doing to romanticize your life?
I’m currently working on taming my tongue to speak only positive words. It is SUPER hard because you have to constantly be aware of your thoughts, but as the saying goes “Rome wasn’t built in one day!”😊

So true about what we consume, I mean movies, books, news. I started to pay closer attention to this aspect few years ago and learned how to choose what I watch, read or listen to. Also, great point about solo dates, I'm single so it's easier for me. But I go to museums, concerts, restaurants, on solo on vacations or even short trips. It gives you time to enjoy what you value the most. Live is too short to wait for the perfect day, you have to create it for yourself. Greetings from Poland.

It’s funny how when I was younger the things I hated being nagged at by adults (media, music, etc.) are now things I really value. I am SO much happier now that I don’t own a TV, and I am mindful of listening/watching encouraging things.
I love that for you that you go on solo dates while single! 😊
You’re absolutely right, life is way too short to wait around.

I have a wonderful husband who allows me to go every month and stay in a hotel, order food in and just rest and have peace and quiet. I go to hotel get in my pjs shut all curtains leave tv off and just read, crochet and enjoy just being alone. He doesn’t really understand but it is my therapy because I have people around me all the time. Daughter and her family lives with me while her home is being built then I have other kids and grandkids around all the time. So I really need it.

That’s so awesome! It’s wonderful that you have that support even though he can’t relate. I think we all have different ideas of what relaxation means. My husband’s idea of rest is camping in the woods.. but to me that would be punishment. 🤣

@@YesiIbarra That would be torture to me to be in the woods camping lol. But my son loves being in the woods it relaxes him so much. He doesn’t camp but he hunts and just goes exploring really. But yeah if I’m in my house they find me lol.

Thank you so much for your offer. While it’s something I may consider at some point, I find my errors to be an important part of my learning process.
Any feedback on what to change is appreciated though!

Aw, that’s sweet of you to say.
I’ve always wished they would be quiet because they can get very loud sometimes.😆🤦‍♀️
