Flan pâtissier is a beloved classic dessert.
You find it at every Pâtisseries and Boulangeries in France🇫🇷This is my best Flan pâtissier recipe ever! It’s very simple but absolutely delicious😉
フランスに住んでいた時は毎日食べている時もあったフラン🤗
フランス人にとってとても身近なお菓子でパティスリーはもちろん、パン屋さんでよく売っているバニラたっぷりのカスタードプリンタルトです♪シンプルなのにお店や手作りされるご家庭によって味が全然違うんです！
今回は私の大好きなどっしりとしたフランのレシピをご紹介します✨
For 18cm cake tin
◾️INGREDIENTS
【Crust】
・200g all-purpose flour
・100g butter
・40g sugar
・2 egg yolks
・1 pinch of fine salt
【Appareil】
・130ml water
・330ml milk
・200ml heavy cream
・1/2 vanilla bean
・3 eggs
・3 egg yolks
・160g granulated sugar
・60g corn starch
・2 tsp vanilla extract
18cm ケーキ型
◾️材料
【タルト生地】
・小麦粉　200g
・バター　100g
・砂糖　40g
・卵黄　2個
・塩　ひとつまみ
【アパレイユ・液体生地】
・水 130ml
・牛乳　330ml
・生クリーム　200ml
・バニラビーンズ　1/2さや
・全卵　3個
・卵黄　3個
・グラニュー糖　160g
・コーンスターチ　60g
・バニラエクストラクト　小さじ2
