INGREDIENTS
(Serves 4-5 people)
Red Chillies - 10 to 12 nos.
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Corriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1 tbsp
Toor Dal - 1 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 150 gm
Drumstick - 1 Cup ( 100 gm)
Yellow Pumpkin - 1 Cup ( 100 gm)
Brinjal ( Purple/ White) - 1 Cup ( 100 gm)
Mango - 1 no.
Small Onions - 50 gm ( Approx.)
Onions - sliced
Green Chilli - For flavor and spice
Boiled Toor dal - 150 gm
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind water - 1 Lemon size
Corriander leaves - As required
Salt - as per taste
Oil - For cooking and tempering
FOR TEMPERING
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
