Affogato made with Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream

The weather has been a little hot and humid recently. Usually I don't crave for ice cream but I did crave for a good affogato.
Since I don't have any vanilla ice cream, I decided to mix my Ferrero rocher ice cream and espresso.
Overall I love the overall balance of the sweet hazelnut taste from the ferrero rocher with the espresso. The sweet + bitter went well together.
