This is a pretty regular dish at my house. I tried it a couple of years ago and my wife (vegetarian, I know but she tolerates my crankiness) loves it and it's pretty much ruined all of us on regular oven lasagna!
Same question. I made a lasagna with the no-boil noodles last time and I really, really did not like it. I'm always leery when I see these. But, John also used a lot of sauce in this recipe, so maybe it's good either way.

I've used my joe for every type of meat but never tried a lasagna.. does it have a smokey flavor or same as cooking in an oven?
Looks great, I would only add some red pepper flakes to this and call it my own....
