  • In this 40 minute workout you will be doing advanced variations of exercises. If you have trouble balancing or cannot stand on the reformer, do not do this workout. Alex will take you through a full body workout, challenging your balance, stability, and muscles. Enjoy this advanced 40 minute workout.

    Oh lord- I just clicked…didn’t see the ‘advanced” class until you said it but my iPad was too far away to change course…sooooo I just went with it. Disclaimer: I am NOT an advanced practitioner of Pilates, nor would I ever profess to be, but your instructions were so good. I kept up (even when i didn’t want to)! Thanks for this challenging class. Will flag this work out and come back to it often because there isn’t a muscle in my body that isn’t protesting right now. 😅

    Wow! That was killer! I loved it so much! I ❤❤❤❤this will be my favorite video. I’ll try to perfect my form a little better as I get more advanced. I just wanted to challenge myself today and I did! ❤❤

    omg. i've been doing pilates for three years and that had me doing things i've never done before! i also wanted to quit halfway through but i pushed myself and i'm so glad i did. it was really hard but it will be one that i will come back to because i want to get to point where it's not as challenging because i've put the work in! thank you for this!

    Looking forward to doing this and trying not to be intimidated by “advanced” title. Just wondering if you knew, but there seems to be something up with your audio the last several videos. I use my AirPods while doing your videos and haven’t had any sound in the right ear for sometime. Bye for now, need to go torture my abs 😉

      I just tried to listen with my AirPods and my right one wasn’t working either! I’m going to check my mic and see what’s the problem!

      The mic issue is fixed, this Mondays video it still has issues. From now on it will work correctly!!
