Sensitivities are always personal to your setup and general feel. Whatever feels better for you will ALWAYS be better, assuming it's not too fast or slow. That being said I use effectively 2k dpi 16 sens, which is equivalent to 800 dpi 40 sens. I believe my sens is slightly faster than average, but unsure.
Covered in my slide hopping tutorial on my movement guide and my 1887 guide. However to do it you need toggle sprint. You press the sprint key, run a tiny bit 1-2 steps, and immediately attempt to slide after you get the 1-2 steps in. You can only slide in the direction you're looking in so you have to flick to the direction while doing those key presses to get it to work.

According to a post on discord from them, they consider it cheating if used as an advantage over those who wouldn't otherwise have it. Though you can do what you want. Personally, even though I use it for accessibility, I still don't find it to be a big deal to use.
I'm using it because if they don't want to fix their Crosshair creator, and want to ban me for their inability to then they can lose yet another player in their already thinning playerbase.

How do you sideways slide like you did at 0:16?
