This is the best video I have seen to really explain embryo grading. Thank you so much, it answered so many of my questions on this topic and the Embryologist explained it all in a way that I could understand.
Hi i have done ivf in 2018 i was 38 and my doc transferred 3rd day 4 embryos i got pregnant and the pregnancy was no heartbeat and ended up DNC then i have done another ivf at the age of 39 i got 9 eggs out of 9 eggs 3 made up to day 6 for pgd testing and one came back normal we freez the egg and took another cycle and got 7 eggs 6 fertilize 1 embryo made up to day 6 went for pgd testing came back abnormal....then we transferred our one frozen embryo and had a healthy beautiful boy ...i want to do another ivf my age is 42 what are your suggestions do i have to do pgd or transferred day 5
I had two blastocyst day 5. *First was Good BB Not hatched yet ( we transferred that last year and he is healthy baby boy) then we still have a frozen Day 5 blastocyst but it’s Fair grade AB not hatched. I asked them difference between good and fair they never explained it. Is good considered a number 5 or 4 ? Fair 3 and 2 ?
DB question annoyed me, second part of the question had no relevance to the first but the first had a baseless accusation of her doctor supposedly refusing her a treatment based on their "wants". I see so many of these type of comments on social media and while I am not a doctor I am still offended by these nonsensical conspiracy theories that doctors "don't want" to treat them or lie to patients or have some agendas etc. I don't know what these people do for living but maybe they should try to become a doctor themselves and see what it entails and then see how they'll feel when some halfwits accuse them of being unethical just because.
I am in the USA and my age is 39 now coming nov my age 40 my embryos is greed 1 is 4aa 2 of them 3ab, 1 is 3 bb, these all are 5 days and day 6 1 is 4bb. Which one should I do implants. I did not do pgi . This is my first time Ivf.
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, Danny won't be able to see it here but you can ask this question to him here www.myivfanswers.com/author/dannydaphnis/
