Yeah after playing yesterday and experiencing the different new quests, I definitely think it’s doing well at not doing what fortnite did, adding loads of ridiculous shit and making it horrible to play. You can choose what you want to do on SOT, like i said tbh this isn’t really a review just chopped up me playing the game for the first time in years.🙌😂
if you can learn sail control you most the time dont need to anchor when approaching ports or islands you need to get onto as most pvp players see that with you completely still and sails down that your easy target, nice use of anchor turning respect

Even me as an serverants of the flame lv 170 sweat (lord?) it's just not fun always sweating for 3 hours for like 1 castaways chest just to get at the end of the day only headache and 60 gold. Even fotd stacking (fort of the dammed) are just so boring and one of the 20 kegs laying on the fort can end your whole session when placed by an enemy player on your ship... so just don't play it if you don't want to sweat like me more then at an tennis match

@@klimuxel I had a 3 hour session yesterday did a fort of fortune and them phantom ghost ships twice and ended with 600k

I mostly play solo but yeah it's more fun with a crew
