  • Hey lads welcome back to TheMotoGarage in this video we had just installed a Rekluse clutch in the WR250F 2023 and this was one of the first rides just to get the first impressions on how it went. Dad has Carpal Tunnel in his hands so he made the call to change the clutch so he didnt have to use is as much to keep him riding.

I’ve got a 2023 250F wr also love the bike it’s exceeded my expectations I’ve got about 175 hours on my bike now with 4160 km . I didn’t have to do a thing to my bike except some hand guard , decals one new tire so far on the rear I used the Dunlop Mx 34 hybrid gummy I loved the Mx 33 it got lots of traction in the kinds of places I ride . I’ve have done the first valve inspection everything is perfectly in spec still I really don’t ride my bikes to abuse them I’m hardly over 10 to 12,000 rpm and that’s only on the dirt roads logging roads and fire roads we have up here in northern Ontario Canada.
Yha I don’t think I’d like that recluse clutch sure it has its place maybe when I’m older and need it I’ll get one but right now it’s the whole reason for riding bike for me that feeling of a clutch and throttle in my hand .

0:48 Have just had the 4.0 fitted to my 2023 WR250F.Thanks Brisbane Dirtbike Services and after 2 days on the bike I have to say that as a 63 year old retired bricklayer with a worn out body it’s awesome.Had a bit of “hunting” after 5 hours as the idle speed had climbed up a bit but was easily fixed with a little adjustment at the idle screw. But am getting that “grungy”noise at times when taking off.Have you got an answer for this or I’m thinking if we both have this it might be normal.Doesn’t bother me too much and only happens sometimes.

Our WR250f still makes the noise we have ridden probably 5-10 hours on it and it seems to be fine

@@TheMotoGarage_ My mechanic at Brisbane Dirtbike Services is a bit concerned about the 'grunge' noise and vibe and is looking into it and hopefully will have an answer soon.
