She just started this, usually you have to have video on. But on tiktok you cannot go live with video if you have under 1k followers, so she’s being a little more lenient with some people I believe.
She does require it. However not everyone from TikTok has video access, so every once in a while she will allow those with a low following amount a chance to ask her for advice.
She does but sometimes, due to the number of followers the guest has, they’re not able to get on video.
