That scene was never filmed also it was scrapped for budget reasons

I honestly think it makes sense he took out because of the story anyway
It wouldn’t fit Lex’s character, she wouldn’t be taunting a Tyrannosaurus, she’s terrified of them. If anything I think she would scream when she saw her and wake Rexy up.
Also in terms of the storyline, they already had a T-Rex chase with Muldoon, Ellie, and Ian
It also makes more sense in the third movie rather than the first one, idk that’s just how I see it

Something I wasn't able to fit in the time of this short is that in the early planning stages with this scene, and the movie, the kids roles were reversed. Lex was actually younger than Tim.
