Thanks mate. I'm working on another website project to share the tracks, logistics and information from the Shonky Tours to give people the ability to do my rides themselves.
What a awesome ride Shonky you never fail to deliver the goods. The only thing missing was Nugget not sure how my Hi viz would have held up in that Cyclone 😂
Sorry to keep teasing you, I'll have to run a viewers warning before every episode. "Warning, this video may cause jealousy in relation to our riding areas"
@@ShonkyProductions I’m emigrating to Thailand this year. I don’t think the boss would appreciate me disappearing to Oz but at least I’ll be closer to visit 😎
The single track around the gate drops back down on your left to the road / twin track up the side of the hill. Go back and do it again you almost had it. Good vid 👍
How good are those rolling farm lands around the Walcha area! I tried to capture some of the hot spots in my videos, but I was busy enjoying the riding. There is some canyons and waterfalls nearby that are definitely worth a look 👍
Hey Sean, epic views, how good is the mid north coast 🤘could u put the Google map route in the description please. We would Love to do these tracks too.
Great content, a ride like this certainly shows how the ADV bike marketing is leading so many to choose bikes that may not be suited to the areas they may want to ride...too many Pol TARRES and Chris BIRCH videos...(Yes, in some hands these bigger bikes are capable, but, to mere mortals not so much), I love my big ADV bikes, but ride them to where they are suited, I have my adventurised DRZ400 for some of the more difficult stuff ...
I live in this area and this is exactly the kind of rides I want to do. Definitely need a riding buddy or buddies though as I usually ride solo but wouldn't want to do these alone. Thanks for sharing! Would you show the map?
Can't share the file at the moment, but I'm working on a new Members site that will provide all the .GPX routes, logistics and information needed for others to follow. Additionally, I will be back in this area for some more exploration in the future. I you are interested in joining in find my email address in the channel information section and shoot me a message.
Thanks, and great question. Very soon I'll be offering SHONKY+, where Shonky Productions members get exclusive content, access to all .gpx tracks and logistics info to recreate any Shonky adventure ride, as well as giveaways and members rides.
@ShonkyProductions Thank you for your reply. I'm thinking to get this Honda same mods as yours. I'm just worried it won't be strong enough to take my 100kg+ and gear on hwys with a decent speed. What do you think? Thank you
@@alval3103 I know plenty of guys your weight enjoying their CRF300's. And if you do the Stage 3 or 4 mods, you will have no problems on the freeways keeping up with traffic.
Great footage Sean keep them coming really enjoy watching 👍👍
Thanks Jamie
One of the best rides I've been on!
I think I saw Mo ride Shane's bike more than I saw Shane ride Shanes bike... 😂🤣
Thanks for making it one of the best rides. I definitely saw Mo pick up Shane's bike more than Shane did!
Love the production. Keep it up. Gotta love the big adv riders with short legs. 😂
Thanks mate.
Look great, nice mix in terrain and weather.😊
Yes, the mix of terrain was great... the mix of weather, not so much 😂
Looked like you had an awesome three days. Thanks for sharing your adventures boys 👍🇦🇺
Our pleasure, two days is good on a bike three days even better...

You were very dearly missed on this one mate. I will have to book El Nuggeto for the next Shonky Tour.
Wow😮 Cyclone Shonky excellent adventure
Thanks Tony, it was quite the adventure!
Lovely riding
How is the rally tower holding up? Are you still happy with it and have you found any faults with it?
Most entertaining Sean and thats what its all about.
Thanks, and yes that's what it's all about... just having fun with mates.

There might be a re-run of this ride in the future... but in reverse!
Great video 👏🏼 i know I sound like a stuck record but I’m so jealous of you lucky buggers. Gods country right there 💙

Really nice ride Sean! That is an uneven tan you got on your face.
Thanks Bill. I have no idea where that tan came from, but it came off on the once white bath towel.
Nice one mate. Nothing better than uncharted tracks.
Thanks, we were fortunate that we didn't have to detour too far from the planned route when we encountered some locked gates.

Thanks, I thought so when I checked it out on the map afterwards.
I might have to give you an invite to join us when we do it again.

Yes, very true. I didn't want to mention that myself as I think the video shows the reality of big heavy bikes in real off-road situations.
FUN !!!!!!😃😂

That Rider rode the other Guy's bike through the creek for him (as a helping hand, i suspect)
