How external DNS have Expressway E information ?

You need to put the srv record in external DNS. that srv record should be _collab-edge
Ex - _collab-edge._tls. SRV 0 0 8443
First 0 indicates priority
Second 0 indicates weight
8443 - port number
FQDN of Exp-E - this is your target

Yes, If you are using jabber on Internet then you need EXP-E & C. So yes that is a concept of MRA.

What is the connection between Exp E and C? And connection between Exp C and CUCM? Is there any trunk in between

EXP C and CUCM are connected via SIP trunk.
Connection between Exp E and Exp C is via FW as they are in DMZ zone. Exp C connects internal network to the external network via FW. This FW is providing an extra layer of security as it is filtering the traffic from external to internal and vice versa.
