What you need to take into consideration is that this team knows it's getting broken up at the end of the season. Older players aren't going to get the type of contract they want and should be out the door. Now, trying to get a rise from them from now to the end of the season will be extremely difficult because if they can't raise their game and bottle the chance of going clear at the top of the league then I'm not so confident for the Scottish Cup never mind the league run-in. Hope I'm proven wrong though.
