what a humble sweet man .
i used to do security for him years ago...he would get to work at 3.10am mon-fri and be there til after 7pm.....had a bentley as his daily and on a saturday would come in 1 of the supercars about 11am.......he also had lambo build him a countach in 1 off blue about 10 years after production stopped and had 2 f50's and got 1 converted to gt1 spec....i spent alot of time talking cars with him....great bloke

Wonder how much his insurance renewal is every year for all those? That's some serious collection he has. Jodie, would love to see you do a collection episode with Jamiroquai singer Jay Kay as he's a serious petrolhead and has quite a large collection of cars.
This guy lives local to me he drives most of these lovely to see them out on the road. He seems like a real nice guy

I remember seeing him on Fifth Gear years ago, but the collection's barely recognisable from that - I love the constant evolution of the garage.
There's also a few cars that are familiar from various events, too. It's so admirable that Peter shares his cars with the world!
Hes my dads boss lets my dad and me drive his cars regularly to get them refilled or to goodwood he is a very humble man who always makes me food for when i visit his house. Also he hosts the best bbq in the summer which i enjoy swimming in his pool and sitting in and revving thd cars
This kind of being humble as Peter is reminds me of the Evans family at our last meeting at Monaco (white rose of...). There are just a few left of this Grandseineurs. So humble and just lovely.
Was fortunate enough to do few laps of Dunsfold with Peter in his Aventador and Zonda few years back - top guy

A fantastic video and what a collection! Can remember seeing a clip of Mr Sawyer’s collection many years ago which included one of the first Koenigseggs’ in the country. Always admired his passion and how much love he has for his cars

Such a beautiful spec on 812 competizione. That dark purple and yellow looks so spectacular and unique. My Fav car for sure in this collection. Also I love the variety in his collection. He has got hyper cars, super cars, track cars, gt cars, luxury cars of all brands under one garage. What a great gentleman.

Great. But (elephant in room) if he's been collecting for 50 years plus, there are not a lot of keepers (only see the F40 as an 'older statesman'.)... Would loved to hear more of the history of the collection.

I don't think I could have walked away from the F40. Saw it at the Motor Show in 87 or 88 and been intoxicated by it ever since. What a nice chap. So pleased he let you share them with us. Loving the content Jodie.

Remember that Zonda PS crash a few years ago...been stuck quite a few times with AOG ..last one was a week in Manila awaiting a RB 211 engine (B742).Great collection.

I’m insured with A plan! They are Amazing! I left the handbrake off and came outside… 5 mins later.. my car had gently slipped across the road, and scraped down a wall, damaging headlight, wing and bumper. Within 45 minutes I had a replacement car and all sorted ! 👌💚you call them and talk to a person within 30 seconds.. brilliant. Great episode J 💯♥️

Amazing content as always Jodie. The collection is mesmerising! I wouldn't know where to look either. There were even cars that were skipped over (McLaren & Huracan). My absolute favourite would have to be the F40. It still holds up to this day. Can't wait to see the Zonda episode. 👌

Fifth gear did a piece on his collection many years ago (I want say about 15 years ago). I always remember that piece as he had two Koenigseggs. Great to see an updated video on his collection

Its a lovely setting for them as well. Even the garages where he keeps them are aesthetically pleasing. It must be a nice feeling to walk out there on a nice day, thrown open the doors and have a look around. I like how not one car is the same. Lots of variables in colour and style. Love the Pagani. I remember Peter Saywell talking about ( the Koenigseggs he owned at the time. , 8 or 10 years ago, ) the rumble of the V8 was what mattered .... and it was cool...
