Durban: South Africa's playground.
In winter, the mountainous parts of Durban can snow while the beach areas are still warm enough for a dip in the water. It's a really underrated experience for international tourists.
While you're in DBN, also check out Ballito (far North and Zimbali for a more luxurious experience).
Just note that Durban has animals. Not lions and the like but definitely has its fair share of South Africa's venomous snakes since it's pretty tropical.
It's like our Florida when it comes to the weather and some of the animals.

A bunnychow is a MUST in Durban. Durban curries is very different to any curry that you have eaten..most South Africans love it..I personally don't know anyone who doesn't ❤ Most people go down to Durban for the warm water though..it's a very nice family holiday destination

I am born, raised and living in Soweto but I love Durban. I make sure I visit Durban at least once a year. I am smitten by this heavenly place. The video did Durban justice.

Florida road is just clubs in the whole street. Your kids would love Ushaka Marine World, lits of fun activities for kids. You can also watch Penguins show, watch Penguins dance at Ushaka Marine World. I can never get over Durban.
Oyster box is totally lit🔥🔥🔥 love it every year we go home to Durbs for family quality time, food is topshelf the relaxed atmosphere is all your holiday mind is thinking of and yes enjoying everything family makes all the difference ❤❤❤

Don't feed the mokeys...I remember going to a lodge(game reserve) with my mom and brothers in Mpumalanga...I was just chilling in the dinning area with some snacks on my plate but I was paying too much attention to my phone that I didn't even realise they were two monkeys in front of me...the monkeys took my food and stole some sugar from the kitchen then dipped the way my family and I laughed after the incident 😭my brothers still tease me about it 😂
I am a Durbanite born and bred....we have many amazing thing here and the beaches and sea warm all year round even in winter you can swim xxxx
