Great work mate!! I have a proposal for you. Since you frequently post player stat profiles and ask how people would use the player and find value in him in general , I think you should post another type of question to the same stat profile like how people would counter such a player in terms of using roles of opp instructions

The principles are the same. Identify which metrics are valuable to you.
The spreadsheet isn't available, as I use it for multiple things and have not tidied it up for public consumption. One aspect of the position series is it will allow me to identify which metrics I actually need, so I can then curate a more targetted/streamlined database which will have a Looker Studio dashboard for public access. That won't be available for a while, though (possibly not until FM25).

Nope. It is not in a publically releasable condition. I am also using this series to refine my own understanding, so as to compile a fuller database, with more than the Top 30 leagues for when the series ends. This is unlikeable to be shared as a spreadsheet, but rather as a Looker Studio dashboard that will allow you to filter through (and potentially export to csv).

What to look in undervalued left backs:
Pace, acceleration, stamina, first touch.
Not if you play without attributes.
Not a single player here is "elite" (16+) in those areas, yet all perform above expectations. Sure, you should probably be able to find some good players keying in on those attributes, though, if they fit your tactical setup.
Does the pizza chart indiciate how good a player is at a certain action in comparison to the league?

In the skin, it is compared to the Top 20 leagues. Explanation of the pizza chart below.
For this video, as I'm using an aggregated figures, these are actually compared to all players in the top 30 leagues and at a more granular level (this video, it is comparing against left backs only, rather than all full backs). I then create the pizza charts manually for the videos.
WHAT IS A PIZZA CHART?

In simple terms, it’s a chart showing a high level view of how often a player performs a specific action and how that ranks when compared to their peers. The bigger the slice, the higher the player ranks. A player in the 90th percentile for a category means they perform that action more than 90% of other players.
The pizza chart is calculated at 5% intervals, and each concentric circle represents a 20th percentile. It is based loosely on the above article from The Athletic, adapted to work with the metrics available within FM.
I have analysed 26,000 players playing more than 900 minutes in the Top 20 domestic leagues, breaking down each metric by position. Due to limitations this means the underlying data is static. For example, an Attacking Midfielder who completes 4 dribbles per game will always be ranked in the 90th percentile, even if at that exact moment in your game world there may in fact more or less players better than them.
The same metrics are used for each position (except goalkeepers) to enable you to understand the tactical profile of a player. Forwards will be involved in a defensive capacity, and defenders will be involved in an attacking capacity, and understanding how a player compares in his position in all aspects of the game is important.
is it good to judge the player only by his stats ?
No. A holistic view is always useful both in assessing and understanding players.
However, if you are asking whether attributes are more important than stats, then yes. Stats indicate how a player performed. It is the meaningful, tangible result of their attributes. A 20 in tackling, for example, is useless if the player keeps failing to win his challenges.
