this is stock no map...25 sec 100-200 kmh..ive got 2008 a4 b8 2.0 tdi caga(143 hp) mapped 196 hp 427 nm fwd manual did 24 sec 100-200 with 2 persons in the car...

Its a quattro. It has way more drivetrain loss than your car. A Golf 7 GTD with 240hp does 100-200 in 21-22 seconds on GPS, so 25 seconds on GPS for a bigger and heavier car like the a4 quattro is normal.

My 2022 A5 40TDI 204hp with ABT POWER ECM do 0-100 6,3s and 0-200 28,6s. Very happy
