Yes you can but the fault will come again in days or weeks

If only some led lights or strip is not working, then there should at least be some light? If it is completely dark unless using a flashlight, then it is probably from driver?

No,
In some models if any one led is not working,
Whole screen will be dark but in some models if some leds are working then display will come,
Depends on brands and models and there working principles

In the video, every strip had at least one bad LED. I'm assuming it could also be the case that only one strip had at least one faulty LED, and that that strip won't come on while the others do.

Sir in my TV the brightness is coming very low, it happend while I was watching TV.
I am able to see that screen is displaying the image only when I am standing close to it but when i am far i am unable to see anything.
It is total dark.
Is it the same problem?
