Hi SK, Thanks for sharing your user experience. Some quick math says about 12,000 drinks. It's paid for itself many times over! With proper care these machines go 15,000 cycles and beyond!

NEVER adjust the grind settings button while the grinder is idle...
ALWAYS make sure your grinder is grinding while you adjust the coarseness.
Also keep in mind it takes brewing two or three cups until you notice the difference in grind.
