Her new track "Genesis" is also in this performance, but it wasn't released at the time which is why it's not credited (she hadn't revealed the name yet).
This performance is literally FLAWLESS. One of the best performances I’ve ever seen.
I remember not along ago as a 56 year old man feeling so disconnected.
I don't know how but I heard Raye singing Oscar winning tears live at the Royal Albert Hall and was blown away.
I emotionally fell apart and couldn't stop crying at the beauty of it I even went out and bought it on vinyl and I didn't even have a turntable at the time because I knew I needed it in my life.
Roll on 6+ months and I still watch Raye and get emotional and have now connected to newer artists Olivia Dean, Leanne la havas, The superb Ren and the eclectic Dodie etc... I feel I have reconnected again not only with music but with life itself.
Forever indebted to the genius that is Raye.❤

Surprise! She co-wrote Bigger with Beyonce on Black is King. I picked interest in her since then. She's curently one of the best vocalists I can think of in this generation. Literal goosebumps listening to her.

So, Genesis is her best single I've heard in a music industry. Genesis played at the 3rd section of the medley after Ice Cream Man and Prada (the rendition of the actual song Prada was not like in this medley). Genesis itself has 3 parts (7 minutes in total). The single was released after this performance!

i was there at the brits , everyone was screaming like crazy but the real people were far from the 'audience' microphones. we were all on tributes and 2 3 floor, everyone was screaming and singing but u can't hear on the audio.
True! The tv versions reduce those sounds so we can hear the artist better. Was it so cool??
