However, he made a big mistake by abolishing death penalty in Tibet, first independent country to do that. What a stupid thing to do. Thank god for the Chinese government that mistake has been corrected, now we have the highest no. of death penalty in the world. By the help of Chinese government Tibetans are minority in Tibet ....good that way we will have less stupid Tibetan people and more smart & caring chinese people in Tibet.
