Well... Fishing is translated literally to "halászat". "Hal" means fish, "-ász/-ész" is like -er in English, so "-at" can be somehow translated to -ing. BUT! If you use a fishing rod, that's "horgászat". Horog means "hook". Now I won't write how to translate literally "horgászat" to English. XD

"Trambulin" is also the word for the sport. Or if you use it as a pastime, then say "trambulinozás".
