Order and Chaos 2: Camden, The Flame of Destruction

Camden, the Flame of Destruction: level 45 boss in Sunken Hollows, west and north of the Shifting Sands portal. Drops random loot; most people only get one divine essence and a green weapon. Decent chance of tier 4 legendaries and tier 5 legendaries. Compared to Tavor this guy is a pushover, but be prepared to move a lot since he uses quite a bit of ranged AoE and cone AoE.
