My first ever event in Dubai

- Blessed to have had this life changing experience with my community last week. I teamed up with fitandglam to put on my first ever live event in Dubai. So many strong women in one room working hard to overcome the challenges of life. It was so special and I will be forever grateful. To give you all some background, I have always dreamt of creating my own womens only gym. A safe space that we can make women feel comfortable, strong and powerful. Fit N Glam has done exactly this. They have created the most luxury gyms for women only in the UAE. They have genuinely helped thousands of women. This was the first of many events we will be doing together and as for my goal to create female only gyms. God willing.
Thank you for all your support. Thank you to everyone who came to the event. For those that flew in from all around the world, and for those that watched today on UA-cam. I’m so grateful & pray that I will be able to meet all of you one day 🫶🏼
I think there need to be more women only gyms. Its crazy how some really big, expensive gyms don’t even have women’s only section. Idc what anyone says I personally just feel more comfortable working out around women than men. Everyone is different but I think women need to have that option.
I agree, but in the US you’d be setting yourself up for litigation, as many men are self-defined women, and the system supports them. Even bathrooms are now both sexes. I think there was great controversy around women’s only bathrooms.
Agreed! Better to have the building completely women only (not mixed). A gym I attended last year had a women’s only section only accessible through the locker room, but sadly a guy snuck into the locker room and attacked a woman while she was in the shower but thankfully another woman walked in and helped. This didn’t even make news! I only know this because I know a gym employee.

So Women no longer shower at the Gym. Easier. Or they have male cleaners that can enter. And male management into female locker areas. It leaves women feeling vulnerable.
. But yeah it is kind of sad that options get taken from women without anyone asking us what we might want.
Otherwise, being around males is fine on the Gym floor. Most are helpful thankfully :)

It's very courageous of you to talk about Palestinians because apparently no fitness influencer or UA-cam influencer in general are directly speaking out for Palestine. I think an all women’s gym would be ideal. I am planning on putting a gym in my house because I am a modest and when I exercise I don’t want to be around almost naked men and women.
