Depends on the state. Most US prisons house trans based on their sex assigned at birth. I’m aware of trans in women prisons and the issue of rape. Male trans don’t go to male prisons they go straight to female prison. Sounds like you need to read more into the subject before you make your statement.

It does break down bone mass, but it takes YEARS, muscle mass will break down quickly in most cases but yeah the bones take a while
