Rc car hobbyist here, Lipo batteries are kind of crazy. When at peak youll enjoy wild amounts of power. Then they settle into their designed output something like 3.8v per cell and they stay there for 50 to 60% of the discharge curve. But then usually about 3.5 or 3.6 v and the start to plunge toward the point if no return at 3 v. The battery management systems on scoots seem to taper off the high end so the battery lasts longer before it hits the flat part of the charge. Lithium ion is getting dumped on alot these days but their the best affordable thing we got right now
I have one too, my signals turn off after about 40 seconds. If you ever lose your charger. Cost for a new one is $80. Total for me is $95 including shipping. because I live in Hawaii. Otherwise i love my panther.
How tall are you? Did you do a full review on this scooter? Mine gets here in a week and I plan to do one but curious about height to judge fit in future.
I’m evaluating this scooter, and at 6'3", it’s a bit cramped. The throttle is super sensitive. I’ll share my review on my channel soon, and the front suspension is easy to swap! It’s close to my favorite, but there are a few notable issues.
Horn does work, you just have to be moving

Okai is the Chinese brand of American
This is much better than Dualtron popular because of swappable batteries and bigger fatter tires.
