Looks like he put namak, kuti Laal mirch, haldi, black pepper, zeera powder, dhania pawder, ginger garlic paste tomato, kasuri methi and at last he added little bit of heavy cream and garnished with ginger, dhania and green pepper.
Added garam masala powder as well
I think it's Dahi at the end.

Refine oil, Namak/salt, chicken ,ginger garlic paste,tomatoes, lalmirch/ red chillies pwd + kuti lalmirch/ red chillies flakes, daniya/coriander powder , zeera/ cumim powder, garam masala/whole spice powder ,black pepper/kali mirch powder ,kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves & dahi/ yogurt & garnishing with ginger and green chillies julien thin slices

I made this karahi. It was awesome. Thanks for ingridents. But i didnt add kasori methi due to unavailability.
I add one tsp of shan chicken tikka masala.
It was awesome. I also add golden brown onion. It increase the gravy.
Can you mention all the ingredients please?

A bit yougurt
I didnt use powder of corrainder and cumin. I add fine crushed corrainder and cumin.
Taste was awesome.

Most vendors here use cooking oil! They will find that ghee more expensive.
have tried Haveli Kebab and Grill in North Nazimabad and on Karachi super High. The taste was amazing. In Karachi, Haveli Kebab and grill is a must try in north Nazimabad and in super highway.
