You will need their credentials. The linking of reservations seems basically non existent with NCL, so I would plan on having login credentials form every reservation in your party.
On a cruise you booked or a perspective cruise? If you’ve already booked the cruise you should be able to see it on NCLs page under your travel plans. For a perspective cruise I recommend using CruisePlum.com. A very robust cruise search engine that I did a video on.
You’ll have to move all the way through and complete the boarding process in order to lock in your time but you can skip things like payment cards or pictures and finish up later.

Nope. Not at all but you will want pictures (although you can add those later if need be)
Do the e-docs have to be printed? In the app, it says use your phone or print. I can't find that information anywhere else but the app.
You can use edocs! I’m a little nutty so I like to have paper but you can use edocs
