I played this game on a ryzen 3 3100 and the rx 560. It was a very painful experience but I noticed a very interesting image degradation effect, where those rotating signs would leave an effect that looked like pixel smearing. I had to set the resolution in FSR under 90% for it to work. It's kind of hard to explain how it looks but if you google this "How would I create Something like this pixel smearing Effect shown in the photo attached?" and click on the reddit post, the images there look exactly like what I experienced.
I had a gtx 1650 ti laptop as my primary gaming divice and i played Alan Wake 2 on it i got between 19 fps in the forests and up to 50 fps in citys and metro stations but i played it at 1600x900 with frs quality and i finish it then i upgraded to an rtx 4070 gaming pc and didn't played it on it because i finish it and never saw this game runing well on my computer :) .But it lasted me for 4 years so hats down for it .

It's funny to see how Gtx 1650 aged so fast to the point that can barely run latest title at 1080p lowest setting 50fps , and even lose to iGPU after merely 3-4 years (for reference: 2022 680m = 2016 1050 ti, 2018 vega 11 & 2021 vega 8 = 2014 GTX 750 Ti)
FPS he had is too low to have a playable experience with Frame Generation, if that's what you mean. Generally 50-60 FPS is the lowest recommended. If you meant upscaling FSR 3 uses FSR 2.1 upscaling component in Cyberpunk, no support for newer and current FSR 3.1 upscaling yet.
The implementation was really bad. Not worth utilizing. You get way better experience with the mod than the official implementation. No biased, just purely made. 🤧🥲
I guess competitive FPS games tend to look good even on lowest setting because devs kinda balance the graphics to performance for people with 500+ Hz monitors?

How the fuck starfield is still popular ?
How the fuck slowfield is popular ?
How the hell is starfield still popular ?
Santa brought an Msi GTX 1650 Ventus OC with 4GB GDDR6 for Christmas for my son in 2023. This year, Santa got him an LG 4K 32” monitor.
The video card runs 4K beautifully, with no problems running any game we throw at it.
Phenomenal card!!
👍🏻😎
Got the exact same model, just without the plastic shroud for 25 euros. For this money 100 percent worth it.
I don't have an 1080p monitor so for now the 1650 is serving me very well. But seeing this video, yeah i'll think of upgrading it in the future, thanks.
finally my soon to be upgrade gpu (i have been suffering on intel hd4600 for 6 years)
I wish you good luck my friend! How is the 1660 at your side? Is the 1650 really the best move? Best regards.
get an rx 580 bruh
@adenshaw5273 brah Id rather buy gtx 1660ti at price point
i suggest getting an amd one instead if youre on a budget. an rx 6600 or rx 580 would be great
If you're in budget, Buy GTX 1070 or GTX 1080 (If u have decent psu ofc). This two gpus are old but they are faster than rx 6600 or rtx 2060 and its cheaper.
Edit: if you're using dell or hp OEMS just get rtx 3050 75w version
I just want to forget this phase of my life when I was stuck with a shit GPU in poverty basically feeling hopeless and this video reminded me those days especially the Wukong part.
funny that 2 weeks ago, I just switched from my 1650 4gb to 6800XT (partly my decision is made because of some review of 6800 series you made), seeing this video just made my tear up a bit, with this comment, I press F to pay respect to my 1650.
I have this card, but I'm gonna upgrade to an RTX 4080 super in a couple of months. And I'm super excited!
As you should be.
You better play at 1440p to extend your card's life/future proofing
Why the 4080 S , The 5080 is gonna be out by next month that's probably gonna be better or equal to the 4090 , plus most of the high end 40 series gpus have reached end of production so you'll probably gonna have a real hard time finding it close to the msrp
On the same system?? I'm curious what you are currently running your 1650 on?
@@TheLongWind why am I gonna use it on the same system??! I'm building a full new PC
Just replaced my 4070 super with this card 🔥🔥🔥
Smartest generation
Love this series please test 920mx
Im running the laptop version of this GPU, I will never get a gaming laptop again
rtx 2050 gang we in this together
@@thehighwaygoddesssss we boutta upgrade over here, I wish you luck man
I really want to see your new house/studio cant wait to see that hopefully this year of start of the new year maybe.. Happy Holidays enjoy your time by killing BOB ofcourse.. spend time with your lovely DIGIMOON!! & our lovely beloved dog & with our famous Jack!!
It would be fun to see GTX 970 since it's similar to the 1650
Happy new year (advanced)
i got one of these for a old pc i bought a year or 2 ago i think its still holding up well for competitve games or older games like Gta 5 wonderful card.
I have GTX 1650 Ti in my laptop, got me through 3 years just fine. Never got dissappointed by its performance, but 50W power limit hurts a bit. But I will switch to an RX 6800 in early 2025 so im just waiting for it
I bought one in 2020 and still have it, but it's getting pretty bad and it can't run some games at 60+ now, I'm buying a 4060 next month
I played this game on a ryzen 3 3100 and the rx 560. It was a very painful experience but I noticed a very interesting image degradation effect, where those rotating signs would leave an effect that looked like pixel smearing. I had to set the resolution in FSR under 90% for it to work. It's kind of hard to explain how it looks but if you google this "How would I create Something like this pixel smearing Effect shown in the photo attached?" and click on the reddit post, the images there look exactly like what I experienced.
i've been using the gtx 1650 for 4 years but finally upgraded to the rx 7600 recently
i can finally go back to running 1080p
Legend video, thanks 😅🥹
I had a gtx 1650 ti laptop as my primary gaming divice and i played Alan Wake 2 on it i got between 19 fps in the forests and up to 50 fps in citys and metro stations but i played it at 1600x900 with frs quality and i finish it then i upgraded to an rtx 4070 gaming pc and didn't played it on it because i finish it and never saw this game runing well on my computer :) .But it lasted me for 4 years so hats down for it .
I won the silicon lottery with my 1650, and I can run DLSS on it. Makes games much more playable in 2024.
Lol what?
@ yeah true story
how
I won the lottery with my gt 710 which allows me to get 30fps with ray tracing on in most games
@@n7x it does not even have the API support
Where I live has tons of laptops with this and 2050s and as "gaming" laptops, when literally there are a few products with 4050s+ at a lower price. The market is fcked up brooo
Awesome 👌
Finally I Fortnite part in a vid😌 now just waiting for a full vid🙂
I'm still using a 1650sup, so far I'm still playing old titles so I'm still contented with it. I'll probably upgrade next year
You are revisiting and its our most recent card
1650 super is gonna be in my memory for ever buy it in pandemic times as my first gpu nothing to more to talk save my life until today 2024 but is time to move on hope to get a 5060 or better haha
I imagine me at 2:55 Having around 500FPS while in the menu sending video to my folks: hey manage to achieve this with my GTX 1650 In Cyberpunk but can't get out of menu. 🤣 😂!!!
The burning shores DLC is a good next gen test because it’s only on ps5 and newer while the base game is on PS4 as well
I have this in my old laptop that I gave to my young brother and got 4050 laptop.😂
I got a 1050 laptop.
I play valorant at absolutely lowest settings and get around 130fps.
Kinda sad that I have a 144hz monitor but cant even use it to its fullest.
Was about to build a new pc with 4060, but am waiting for January maybe even February for B580 or discounts on 7600xt.
It's funny to see how Gtx 1650 aged so fast to the point that can barely run latest title at 1080p lowest setting 50fps , and even lose to iGPU after merely 3-4 years
(for reference: 2022 680m = 2016 1050 ti, 2018 vega 11 & 2021 vega 8 = 2014 GTX 750 Ti)
You are getting totally GPU bound in most of those games which tells me you've got way too much CPU behind the 1650.
finally you tested my old gpu...i am using rtx 4080 super now
why didnt you used fsr 3.0 in cyberpunk?
Cyberpunk has no official FSR 3 implementation if I remember correctly
FPS he had is too low to have a playable experience with Frame Generation, if that's what you mean. Generally 50-60 FPS is the lowest recommended. If you meant upscaling FSR 3 uses FSR 2.1 upscaling component in Cyberpunk, no support for newer and current FSR 3.1 upscaling yet.
@@thecultofthelambit has actually, it was introduced in a recent 2.13 update
The implementation was really bad. Not worth utilizing. You get way better experience with the mod than the official implementation. No biased, just purely made. 🤧🥲
Cus FSR 3.0 is just FSR 2.1 but with frame generation. The improved FSR is 3.1
my gpu lol, torturing it with 1440p + fsr (not a good idea)
waiting for the next generation of gpus to upgrade
I guess competitive FPS games tend to look good even on lowest setting because devs kinda balance the graphics to performance for people with 500+ Hz monitors?
this card cost me 34$ dolars, for me, its perfect, 30 fps in most aaa its a gift
mine its ddr6, in cyberpunk gets like 40 45fps
That's a good deal! Enjoy :)
I've got a 1650 super. And i can't play several games that came out this year. I'm definitely going to upgrade in 2025
