I need one of these! I wish I knew someone who was good at carpentry. I would pay them to make one for me. Just one thing though... It would be handy to have slight grooves in the bottom of the board so when you reach the bottom of the bread you can cut right through to the bottom! Great video. Thank you.
It would be nice if one side of the jig is a slider to hold the bread according to it's breadth. Will keep the bread from being pressed under the knife..
