sapasui is a samoan national dish it was invented by the samoa chinese wives when they married them in the late ,1800s the chinese were brought over to cultivate the coconut trees. so try not to say samoa sapasui because it is a samoan nation dish, when we migrate to nz , hawaii america we take our recipes with us including keke puaa , panipopo, german bun, lamb flabs , kare moa you name it thats the food we grew up eating im from the 50s 😇🙏💋💃
