Happy Sunday! Everything looks awesome! I will say that from my experience... but parchment paper always burns the bottom of anything I am cooking? 🤔 I think just put your meatballs directly on your cookie sheet? That's what I would do anyway. I know it's more work to clean up.. But it's more work to cut off the bottom of every meatball? 😜 also.. Have you ever done "overnight oats" in a jar? You mentioned oatmeal. There are lots of recipes. But I put oats and milk and add all kinds of things... Honey, bananas, nuts, raisins, any fruits.. Strawberries, blue berries.. Etc. You put it all in a mason jar at night and the morning you have a yummy nutritious breakfast. Easy to make ahead.
I hope you have a wonderful week. Thanks for sharing! And hope you seedlings are ok. ☺

I’ll try any recommendations at this point, because it’s a lot of work cutting off the ends of the meatballs. I’d rather soak & clean the pan. 🤣🤣🤣 I haven’t tried overnight oats. I’ll definitely try this next week. I wonder if it’ll work on the instant oatmeal packs. Thanks for the idea! 💡

Hello! I cook my meatballs on a rack. I like for them to drain inside of sitting in the grease.

Hi there, great way to cook them. I’m definitely going to have to try this method, because my family love meatballs. Thanks
