Love there music, been a fan since there very first album. Puro pinche Tejano Music!!! I had hired Los Chachos for our wedding back in 1984 through there manager, and a week before our wedding called to see if they were ready for that weekend and Chacha told me that he never knew about the contract and apologized for the inconvenience. Fortunately, we found Arturo Montes y Ternura for our wedding! Still love Los Chachos!

I remember back in the 80’s working as a roadie. Met Ernie. Had the pleasure of meeting and working around many talented musicians over the years. But Ernie was a beast on drums. And one of the kindest human beings you could ever hope to meet.
@@ARod-br2ui That's What I'm talking about my brother he was a top of the line drummer! My top 4drummer's are Ernie Ruiz Juan Hinojosa, Richard Solis, and my mentor Juan H Barron. I have old pictures when Juan Barron was playing with Pulido in the late 70's and I would tag along with him and they would play with Los fab 4 and shit I was in awe checking out Juan Hinojosa and of course Big at Ernie giving me a young kid pointers. Good old days. Saludos brother 🙏👍
@@gilcasarez9950 I remember watching Ernie twirling his drumsticks while playing. Blew me away. I thought wow! This is the Mexican version of Neil Peart! 😆

I was very blessed to be around these cats and learn there PASADAS to a tee. A young chavalo, Not to mention I was playing around the valley in bars quince's so every Monday I would skip school cause it was my day to hit the LP'S and 45's o another great drummer is Arturo "El worm"Saenz played with Los fab 4 when Juan Hinojosa was playing with the breed and El Gino Venelli. Chicano Gary Guajardo I also got to play with my all time favorites. A.rod you play carnal.
You got any recordings brother! I noticed that bobaluchi was an influence in your playing, so you play a chromatic or diatonic box? Saludos carnal desde El valluco 👍
