Hey! Really great video. Do you have one to help diagnose a main suction fan issue. We have a T8 AIVI and when you switch it on the brush motor turns. The filter looks good. There is no suction and when you hold tissue on the side there is no air flow.
Means vacuum fan need to replace... you can feel the sound also is different..more quite because vacuum fan not functioning...or plz check from the app settings is it mistakenly selected quite mode??

How can I be sure it's the motor that's failed and not a software or controller issue? It takes several weeks for the part to arrive, so I want to be sure that will fix it.

I did follow your instructions and clean below big brush and side brush, dust bin and filter and hair from every where but still vacuum is not suctioning at all. Hello, the main brush of the ecovacs osmo 950 robot turns on the first start and then it does not. While the battery is at 100% in good condition, it drops to 80% after 30 minutes of operation. When I give 12v to the motor, the motor runs. What do you think could be the problem?

Hi..I just seen your post...plz remove main brush n let the deebot run without main brush...see weather still got those loud sounds or not if after removing sounds settled that means Ur Main brush is faulty need to replace main brush only.,..if after removing brush still got Loud sound then might be vacuum fan broken..need to test weather fan is ok or not...some time vacuum fan motor becomes noisy

Actually vacuum fan is working or totally not functioning... there's no speed slow in vacuum fan assembly...plz check properly...U can take out dust box n press sensor with finger then test

First of all plz confirm weather bumper really stuck or not...press the bumper from Front left n right side see weather can bounce back or not...if can't bounce back means Just bumper came off..in this situation you need to open Only bottom chassis plate n bumper panel screen then just remove bottom chassis plate first then fix back bumper so it can bounce back from all side....then put back all screw...
If bummer can bounce back from all side still giving error then need to replace front anti drop sensors with bumper sensors...its one assembly...all above mentioned sensors attach with one wire if you want to repair those then just replace bumper sensors only no need to replace anti drop sensors
There is one video available on this topic why Deebot reverse or bumper issue...plz check my channel...you can get eaisly... Then you understand what I explained above
Hi I have a deboot 500 Recently it started moving very slowly I have tested all the ir sensors with the camera and they are good It also cleans very good It is detecting all the objects and will not hit them Only problem is it is moving very slowly and taking more time to clean the room
Plz use any car wax 3-4 drops enough with soft cloth n clean front bumper nicely gently.....deebot front bumper glass might be got scratches or dust that's why it always moves slow
Don't worry...plz can try first any same size magnetic ...put at same place underneath the deebot after power it on. & See weather deebot gives this voice msg that moping plate has been installed.... which magnetic give this msg just attach that peace of magnetic at same place From where it drop...make sure use small peace of magnetic which can fix in that small whole.... hopefully will work
Actually it's normal.. because sometimes senior citizens they really don't know what's the issue how to solve.. their children bought these vacuum for them so they feel comfortable so whenever vacuum stuck or got any issues they don't know what's the issue that's why they feel easy to bring it to us....but it's ok. How do u clean the filter on the dn78. Mine has no suction and has never really has much. Very disappointed in this item

2: some time moves but very noisy..means brush motor gears spoil..
