When the Bible says that we need to "hate the world" I believe the reference is to culture of vanity, defiance, homosexuality, sinning, etc. that the "world" likes to promote especially on children. You can and should still enjoy the world God created because it is good and helps our faith in Him because of how truly magnificent His creations are. I pray Jesus gives you clarity and discernment and wisdom. In Jesus Name. Amen.
