Hi @MetroGuideRealty .... It's a beautiful property... but given that it is a condo... It's quite frustrating that in the presentation.... THERE WAS NOTHING of any WINDOW VIEW that was shown.... Some prospective condo dwellers like me are keen about the view that they can look at from the window... It's part of a condo Selling point....sadly from this video there was nothing shown... Somehow Upsetting
Nakaka-in love ang condo especially the dining table..so gorgeous 😍. And the price is not bad for a beautiful and spacious condo like that. If I have that money ..I won't hesitate to rent for at least 1 month, para masubok lang ang buhay donya.. hehe. I will have one someday. Inaangkin ko na in Jesus name. 🙏🏼🇵🇭🇯🇵
Ceilings are way too low for a luxury development. The ceilings are barely 8 feet (2.4 meters). Ceilings for luxury units should be at least 10 feet (3 meters)
Avoid using the word “already”. It’s not the correct word to use. And pls reduce your use of hand gestures. Makes you look like a flight attendant before takeoff 🤣. Makes you look effeminate.
