    The first soliloquy comes across as Hamlet being schizophrenic. His primary persona is way too dreamy

      you are meant to think he is schizophrenic. that's a big part of the play

      @@jeremyhowell8235 But he's not. he's profoundly disturbed by the knowledge of the evil that pervades Denmark. When his father was murdered the balance of the universe symbolised by the relationship between the Royal Couple was violated "The world is out of joint. Oh cursed spite that I was ever born to set it right" . Shakespeare is infinitely profound and deals with the eternal issue of good and evil.
