If they had only added the recalls they have in Wild Rift it would be a legendary like those of Yasuo, Soraka or Lux. So it only looks like a 40 EM chroma. It is their players' fault that if they had complained like Syndra's, they would now have different recalls, since it is not that difficult to implement some movements.
These skins should be cheaper. When Xayah and Rakan mains tried filling out support tickets (they still are) about these skins some of the responses tried comparing these skins to Dawn/Nightbringer Soraka or Cosmic/Dark Cosmic Lux.. like you’ve mentioned before legendary variants come with their own backs. These are just chromas with some fancy voice lines. They should not be charged same price

Xayah also gets "hurt" by the light in the base animation from the recall, which makes no sense. And no reason to lack chromas, when the corrupted skins already have the corresponding chroma in purified form. It's a huge shame, for it could be a MUCH better skin, with only a small extra effort. =( Evaluate redeemed Rakan next, please!
Personally i don't hate this skin but riot really got lazy when making it because a lot of things makes no sens. The biggest one for me is when she respawn or return to base after recall she becomes dark form ok fine but why when she switches back she is strike by light power and seems to be hurt by hit? In the starguardians base skin it makes sens cause its dark power who strike her so makes sens but here it makes absolutely no freaking sens. Also for me its looks more like a chroma of her sg skin than a new skik worth the same price. Anyway great content as usual :)

They made mythic chroma with voicelines and priced it as a legendary variant. Other legendary variants have slightly modified textures and completely distinct recall animations. I feel like we really need a statement on the decline of quality. They've been cutting corners without acknowledging player feedback and keeping prices the same. These skins deserved better. Soul Fighter Samira deserved better. We deserve better.
Soul Fighter Samira levels of laziness is exactly what I thought of when I saw this skin too. If the skin team is so swamped with the amount of cosmetics they have to pump out to keep Riot afloat, then they should put more TLC into the skins and release them in waves.
Its is literally a legendary variant they are different from the og i never see you guys compain about of shit 2 of leona's legndary skins are because they are literally the sg skins but 10000× worse
@@pokemonlover4894 I think that legendary variants in general are silly, but at least they change animations instead of recoloring some things (that don't make sense) and calling it a day.

Quick question I was hoping you might have some clarity on since you've reviewed this skin now - when I've played with this skin the daggers float next to her hand, they aren't in her hand, she's not holding them. Was that an issue you saw when you reviewed it or do you think they bug fixed it or is my computer tripping out? Great review as always!
@@BuyOrBye It's in her walk/ run animation, but I double checked the redeemed and normal SG skin and it seems @miodragmihic7157 was right and I just never noticed the skin had her daggers floating when she ran
I have the feeling that it was not created for the same reasons as the other duo legendaries (truth/ dream dragon Yasuo and cosmic/ dark cosmic Lux etc). Those other dual skins are great to buy seperately or together because they really have some nice differences. I think this one was more added later because of the requests for an uncorrupted Xayah/ Rakan and didn't put in more effort than they thought was needed to sell it to people who already own the normal Star Guardian Xayah. I don't think anyone would really think this skin is worth buying for the full price but I was pretty okay with it for the 1000RP since I own the other skin and I thought this one was pretty enough to add for that price. But yea I think they just made it as a quick cash grab for Xayah mains who had the old skin instead of making it a legendary people would actually buy on its own. It's not horrible, it's not great, I fully agree with your review^^
2023 riot is just so disappointing especially there reasoning for things like why did we not get the new recalls real reason cause they just don't want to put effort into these two champions anymore cause there just becoming greedy and lazy company bullshit reason they gave cause Xayah and Rakan where earned on WR not just bought in store so you get noting new to make it fair to the wr players that didn't even exist when og pc players where asking for these skin since there original skins dropped and this response will come back and bite riot in the ass when they remove these two skins from store next year and put in the mythic shop which player who didn't get them now will have to grind a pass or pay big bucks to earn 200ME or 125ME to unlock these two skins which then should ask the question so why didn't these skins come with a new recalls or emotes when later will have to do exactly what wr did to earn them
i waited so long for this redeemed one and its a crap, i mean it's an wr skins so that's why is bad, but why needed to be so bad? sg xayah and also rakan have an solid good base skin (the sg) they needed to do so mutch job to make worst and they did, congrats riot

The quality of this bunch of WR SG is poor... Seraphine, Senna, Orianna, Rakan, and Xayah... I'm so disappointed... the skins look good, but they have so many things that need to be fixed, but Riot won't fix them... 🫠 I'll buy it anyway because I love Rakan/Xayah, and I always wanted their redeemed ver... also, it'd cost me 2002 rp... so it's cheaper than 2 1350rp skin for me 🙃

Redeemed Star Guardian Xayah and Rakan was the same as Original Star Guardian since they were Corrupted on the Star Guardian version
