This set is sold on QVC by Tara McConnell and is safe for the dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer. It also would make a beautiful tablescape. Amy has watched this stuff for eons and never pulled the trigger until now. Maybe because it was on sale (discontinued design?). I just hope she doesn't make a habit of it. But yea, a lot of them are pretty.
She did get a great deal & yes, sad to say but Temptations is addicting lol, get ready!
Um, please wash your mouth out with soap. Those thoughts are not appreciated around here. Well, she might appreciate them, but not me. LOL! I already have a few Pan Rooms to deal with. I certainly don't need a "Temptation Room" to add to it.
The only good thing is that style is on clearance rack, which is why it was soooo cheap. I can only hope they clearance rack the rest of them (without telling her) and sell out. That would be ideal in my book. :-)
Beautiful set! Got couple myself, and was just curious about the brand, found your video. The one that I got didn't come with the mugs, but I love it nevertheless.

Oh no! You did it! Now you're hooked. I have so many temptations . I collect the only world confetti but have a lot of the floral lace eggplant. It's addicting! Have fun!
I know...it is terrible. I wanted to hate it but I really like it!
I don't have the dinnerware but I have the bakeware and a lot of it! It's addicting. I get a lot of mine on eBay. Sometimes you can do pretty good but QVC offers the best buys. I am on Tara's website and that is much better. You can find a pretty good sale there.
I think my next set is going to be the bakeware. I got a pretty good deal on the dinnerware. It looks like it might be going out of stock because it is on clearance but they only have this eggplant and brown. I was thinking about getting the bakeware set in red.
Beware the red is a very true red. I'll be honest, I've started all my kids ( who are married) in temptations bakeware and my siblings.... When they are on clearance they are such a good buy. And they do perform like they say. I love mine. I will say, I do believe that the Rachel Ray backed are is a little bit better quality. But it is a little more expensive. Either way they are great..

Well, I put a slice of pizza on one and it didn't break. So that's encouraging. LOL.
They sure did! I am glad because it could really be broken up in that box. UPS and the post office sometimes is a little rough on boxes. Shipping ceramic dinnerware and bakeware is hard because it doesn't take too much of a drop for a box to be all broken up inside.

Thanks for watching and commenting. Yeah, they've been on QVC for a long time. Mostly bake-ware, but this is a dinner set. So I'm guessing we'll use these for Thanksgiving.
They have a lot of different pieces on QVC. I don't show much on QVC but I love watching the kitchen gadget shows just because I am a cookware freak! :)
I'm so jealous. I'm planning on going to Lancaster PA next weekend. I hope to stop by the QVC Outlet to see if I can get additional pieces. Ewick told me you'd sell your set for $500. I told him never mind. 😀😂😀😂

I figured the only way I can get to the outlet is to sneak away. Maybe I should hold Eric hostage in the basement so I can make a quick run to PA.
Nice video Amy. I'm a true fan of QVC and HSN. I'm always watching for their kitchen stuff too. Not to discourage you, but be very careful with the dinnerware that you don't brake it because although the you have the 3 year warranty they charge you like $10-15 dollars to replace a bowl, plate or mug any of their pieces. That is why I don't want to deal with them and their expensive shipping return/replace costs. They are really pretty and I know many people that owned some and dealt with the ridiculous replacement costs. Other than that they are a beautiful set to own. I decided to buy a dinnerware set by the Pioneer Woman from Walmart. If

Thanks. I'm sure you're right. Double opportunity to make money. Amy's a real fan of QVC as well, as evident of all the hours of In the Kitchen With David on the DVR. LOL! But she really doesn't buy much. She just likes to watch all the pans and equipment they sell.
I watch QVC all the time but never purchased Temptations, but I always admired the red color items. I like your set too. Are you planning to buy some of the bakeware they sale? They have some nice pieces.
I don't know about the bakeware. I guess if Amy reminds me later in the year, maybe Santa Eric will contact the elves at QVC to get some for her. :-)
I like the red too. I wish they had this dinnerware in red but they are discontinuing it and all they have is eggplant and brown. I am thinking about getting a bakeware set in red tho.

I started with some bake ware, and now Oh My, lol. I have so much of it now, but I use it all the time. I really love it. I have the "other" set of dishes since I didn't need any more mugs. It says not to soak these pieces in water, so I'm always really careful about that. Besides QVC, there is a Temp-tations website that you can buy from (sorry Eric).
I was thinking about getting a set of bakeware...I just haven't decided on the color.

I just got a text that my new bakeware set was delivered. I can't wait to see how it looks. It matches this dinnerware set.
Amy......dont forget to read the care instructions carefully. You cannot soak temptations products or submerge them in water........the bottom unfinished parts soak up the water and never really dry out.....Then when you put them in the oven the water expands and cracks the pottery. I've had this happen to several of my bakers :( but the diswasher is no problem. Sorry.....just passing on my experience. Hope you enjoy them.
Thanks for that info! I didn't realize that it could soak in water. I think the bottoms of the dinner plate is glazed but I am not sure. I will take a look.

I am stuck with it now because I just added to it. I ordered the 20 piece bakeware set to match...It is on clearance. Eric is going to kill me LOL! :)
Amy this is all your fault. I went online and bought two sets of the floral lace in the color "spice". I blame you. I will say your set has more details that the set that's offered on QVC today.

I don't exactly have ESP, or else I would have won the Mega Millions and we would be learning to eat caviar and drink champagne and all that expensive stuff.
