Make a letterhead template in word and save as a template of PDF file. the letterhead template is easily constructed from graphics, gradients and shadows and includes text, logo and alignment of all elements. A letterhead template can be used again and again or simply saved as a PDF and sent to the recipient. Any graphics and text of the letterhead template can be placed in the main body of the document or in the headers and footers allowing for repetition on each page.
