This may seem off-topic, but have you ever been in this scenario:
You're talking to a friend in the middle of class, starving. They reach into their bag, halfway pulling out a massive bag of snacks. You keep talking, watching the bag intently. They say "I'm starving'' and start eating as sneakily as they can. You're sitting there, talking, just watching them enjoy a snack they could've easily shared.
Or, possibly ending 2: They give you like a tiny portion
Or, even ending 3: You say "I'm starving" and they're like "Damn that sucks"

I know exactly what that feels like. It’s a terrible feeling. If I had a big snack one of my friends was hungry I’d DEFINITELY share. Some people are bad friends in some scenarios, sometimes they’re great friends. And then if they do share, so what if you owe them a snack back? Or maybe they’re paying YOU back for sharing YOUR snack a previous day! I mean, really, how heartless can people be? And people always say I’m cold and heartless! Even though in a case like this I’D be the giving one, and the other person in the same case but reversed wouldn’t do the same thing for me! Give a little, get a little! One sided friendships suck. MAYBE I’ve become cold and heartless BECAUSE OF SHITTY FRIENDS WHO DIDN’T CARE ABOUT ME NEARLY AS MUCH AS I CARED ABOUT THEM!!!!! I totally get what you mean! And sorry to leave such a long reply, but I truly do understand your pain.

I once had a friend that always brought two rice crispy treats, and if I forgot my lunch and asked if I could have HALF of ONE they gave me a literal grain of rice. I am salty about it to this day and can vividly remember the hunger pains I got.
