Yea it's about time the gilga problem get sorted. It's fine that it's a tank but it should be able to do more than only be used to defend zones it just makes no sense. It'd be really good if they would buff the class or at least find ways to make the class interesting again
Thanks for the info. I'm not that much into reddit, but it is definately some interesting information. A few things I'd like to ask to an experienced Gilga such are you though: 1.- I'm basically just getting started in T10 so, What kind of information could I provide in the Open Beta channel? 2.- I just downloaded Open Beta Client after reading most of reddit posts and watching you video so, I'm not really into PvP and am afraid this fact could lead me to giving wrong feedback about the skills and changes made in the client. Any advice on how to deal with this? 3.- Being 227 in game and 250 on Beta feels like I might not be taking into account the fact of actually getting to max level. And my "issues" with the class have mostly been the slow pace to level up and kill raid bosses until you get some decent gear. What do you think about this process? Did you have an easy time leveling Up and maxing your Gilga? 4.- Being Low level means I got to test Spiked shield 1 With my petty 40k ward and of course I was dissapointed. Do you think that the changes of Beta (were they applied to current game) will actually change the way new Gilgas level Up? Or would this be just a lesser tweak? Hi! I understood your points, let me try to reply: - as a new T10, even that you are reading about it is important, no one expects crazy stuff, especially from new endgame players 😄 - as a new Gilga I'd probably try to setup in beta a character with stats similar to your main one (so using some gear items and adorns, checking stats page, excluding HP and ward that in beta should be slightly higher to match with the changes), then I'd probably try Spiked Shield 1 and Guarding Strikes 3 in beta and in standard app to see differences in feeling - Gilga is not easy to build up as new T10, I normally suggest to stay Charmer, using assassin jewels and a good amount of attack + decent ward. Spiked shield is more of end-endgame stuff, or at least when you'll have spiked shield 2 and 80k+ ward as starter - Having a good kingdom, looking in discord for parties and dungeons may help your character growth. Then of course it's a lot of grinding in raids, world raids, dungeons, etc P.s. A video about my testing on spiked shield skills penetration is uploading 😊
