Some people have uncontrollable body odor which can only be corrected through certain medications or treatments, such as a Candida cleanse. Anxiety can attribute to odor too (excessive perspiration, bad breath from dry mouth). Also, a constant diet consisting of onions or garlic can cause odor to perspire from sweat glands and mucous membranes. Body odor is not always a direct cause of bad hygiene.

Lol I had a similar thing since like 8th grade to now in college.
It was terrible. Caused me lots of uncessary stress. But I think most of it is in your head.
I have close friends and I asked them and they said no. I asked one of my teachers my doctor's and stuff like that. I even went to a gastrologist. Who said that eating too many eggs or certain types of food can make you smell a certain way. For me I think it was eggs because I could smell it through my Nostrals. They have all types of stuff for it tho. Some type of Sulfur Wash or something. The thing with the eggs and some other food is that the particles get stuck I'm the back of your throat so it may have a minor smell bit it's not as bad as we think it is. Trust me I know the feeling.
Maybe s few times you may smell, but anxiety fuels it and makes it seem worst than what it is. In reality it's not that bad.
Trust me you probably don't stink. But if your nervous it may seem bad.
The Anxiety is real. Don't let it consume your life ... Forge on through the flames like a sunbreaker

I used to have body odor problems, I washed 1-2 times per day, shaved. The odor was coming from my clothes! The washing machine I was using in my rented apartment just didn't work properly! The armpits in my shirts came out smelling of sweat and the clothes smelled of mildew. Nightmare!

eat better. people who eat alot of plants- fruits, veggies, smell better than people that eat alot of processed food, fast food. large quantities of meat etc. drink more water. (add some fresh lemon juice to it). get more fiber in your diet- heip clean out your gut
