From what my alexa told me is that you have to be "high level and finish 4 master duals", how much of that is true I don't know but I've been trying to figure it out, apparently there are prerequisets that need to be met to unlock it but seems kinda silly that rotr wouldn't allow you to get it when everyone else's armor is unlockable. But that's just speculation. Still I'd be bummed if you couldn't bc that armor is dope
