Wow never knew I would see this neighborhood on here. We are currently getting ready to buy a lot on the estate side of red tail to build our dream home. So cool to see this neighborhood actually get some love. Most people have no idea about this neighborhood and because of that are able to build a really nice house on a really nice size lot for a fraction of the price as let’s say other more popular areas like lake Nona and etc.
Between Sorrento, Apopka and Mt. Dora. We are all next up for "the expansion". Especially when the 429 expansion was mentioned. Wyld Oak in Apopka was approved and looks like an awesome setup to give Apopka and neighboring residents some modern identity and perks since we are so close to each other in the Northwest corridor of Orange County to Lake it's exciting to see what type of future building and conveniences we will begin to get. It's also just 25-30mins to Dr. Phillips and about 30-35ish tops to the parks. Which is really great! And while I get for some long-standing residents of these areas that the growth can be 'overwhelming' to some. I think it's great for jobs, local economy, cultural identity (more ppl means more to share) and brings more businesses to the area. That way we don't have to depend on Winter Park Villages or Winter Garden for alternatives.
Love these different area vlogs . As live near the parks but planning for when I finish work /retire where I could move to when no longer have to work 😊
Close friend of mine i worked with in Africa lives in Sorrento. Definitely agree, Sorrento is a place people sleep on. I was quite surprised how beautiful it was.
Glad to see some attention being brought to lake county! I bought some land in pine lakes, so im absolutely praying for the developers to start peeking over. 45min to the beach, 45 min to Orlando downtown. Fingers crossed that itll be next
Your videos are so informative for those of us looking to move to the Orlando area! Love this adorable area. Would love to see more of lake county. It’s so much less congested than where we are in Palm Beach County. Just love it!
I’m pretty sure that Red Tail was formerly known as Heathrow Country Estates before being rebranded. That would explain the resemblance to original Heathrow.
Yeah, that is a lot of $$$ - I am sure house is spot on, finishes too, location looks pretty well too... One most important factor people must be aware is home insurance, huricane insurance, etc. FL related weather type of insurance quotes - better check before you move to Florida anywhere - because what you save on the house price, taxes, etc. you will pay arm and a leg to insure all that...
Some people like that. Many hispanics enjoy hispanic communities, Asians enjoy Asian communities, blacks enjoy black communities and whites enjoy white communities. Diversity is a hot trend to talk about nowadays online but real life is a bit different. People enjoy being with their own kind. Always have and always will. BUT, if diversity is important to you then I challenge you to move to a non diverse area different from your ethnicity to create the diversity you seek.

I install all of the underground electrical lines in Red Tail. There were no houses out there when we did the underground distribution.
💞💕 Loved this house thank you again Bree

Super kind. Thank you for tuning in! Lake county is having a surprising come up!
@@kenpozek it's only surprising if one has been creating Lake Nona videos for 3 years straight.
First and massive thumbs up as I watch KP 😊 👍🏻 never been to this area of florida
Thank you, KPJP!

Beautiful house. Are there new build neighborhoods that include exterior maintenance in the HOA? Besides, like, Golden Oak?
For landscaping or paint/power washing?
@@kenpozek Let's say for both. But not a 55 and older community. Thanks!
Can you do A video on the fitness scene there
The true stars of the video are the 2 ball rolling on the pool. lol JK lo the video.

Sorrento lacks Diversity

Sounds like a great place
That is what many want.
