My experience with men like him is such they don’t like me. The know it alls, the flexing of their intellect, the silent “cap” showing up in his scrubs. Except in my field, I’ve dealt with dudes because they are lawyer think they are above and beyond. Being a man, he came to a show where he knew things would be said based off his energy. Add the fact he was on before as well, and it’s a sample size. I don’t feel the women attacked him at all. They all said the same thing: he is very good looking, but he isn’t humble.
A man can have standards. Correction, a man SHOULD HAVE standards. However, ask yourself this. I believe he is 37 or something. He said he is a travel dentist. He likes to say he is a doctor. This means he is around professional, high standard women in multiple cities. This also means he is around ALL races of women. The man is on a dating show; a scripted dating show at that….TWCE!! That alone should tell you one of two things. 1. He isn’t as good as he thinks he is or 2. He is promoting himself being a doctor because his personal profession isn’t doing so well.

You say he probably meets high standard women in his proffession, but I think not.

Being unmarried for a professional male is not a negative, because a 39-40 year old male can still get married to a non-child 32-35 year old, have a child, and nothing is out of sync. And here is the issue with 30some year old professional women. They never empathize they purposely held off from marriage and children due to the demands of their careers, and they've gotten to the stage where they are really to throttle back and give time to what they feel is more important...Family and a marriage.
But what they do is create ways to blame it on the men for not giving them the reason to throttle back

This guy is 6 feet tall, presumably makes good money, is physically attractive (personality aside), travels to multiple cities, is childless, and appears on DATING shows seen by countless women (who can easily contact him). IN THEORY, he has the “pick of the litter.” So, why at age 38 hasn’t he chosen one of the “best, feminine, submissive” women he surely encounters? It will take time to get to know her (approximately 2 years if he met her today), which means he won’t be getting married until he’s 41 or 42. So, what’s going on here?
To alot of women, if course he is arrogant. They can't control him in any way. Some women will say things like that when they meet someone out of their league to bring then down to there level.
