SSBU has been a long hype-filled adventure. What I love about the game is the vast content and awesome story mode, of course. And before the release date of the game, there was a video of people where they tell about how Smash Bros was a lot to them. It was a thing.

I didn't think I'd get chills but I did.. I might mod this over the actual intro movie... well if I only knew how to mod the switch. Fuck I could learn just for this. This got me so emotional and brought back so many good memories. Truly the best fighting game ever made sometimes I only got mad at this game because the netcode was bad but looking back I actually appreciate it and all the good memories it gave me. Joker, Sephiroth, and now Sora. There wikl never be a crossover like this ever again and especially of this quality

Bro I'm almost crying man. Every single one of these compilations just make me appreciate Smash bros and the work Sakurai and his team have put into it even more. Truly the biggest gaming crossover ever.
This was actually really good! Wish this was getting more attention. Like how smooth transitions were and how they connected with the lyrics. Nice job! My favorite is Banjo and Sora. Both endings of those reveal videos with the cast all surrounding these icons is just awesome.

From Inllkling to Sora. Despite my previous misgivings on a few of them, I now see in the grand scheme of things neither of them was a miss, and each and everyone of them made this the ultimate fight. Thank you, Masihiro Sakurai.

Three years of hype train and experiencing it was beautiful.
Well this is the video I’m gonna CONSTANTLY watching over and over for a while
My favorite memory is meeting my new main, Sephiroth, back in December 2020 and getting him as an early Christmas present. His trailer was EPIC, right down to his debut to the crazy fights he had with Bayonetta, Greninja and Cloud, even trying to 'kill' our plumber boy. All of the Advent Children references for Sephiroth's trailer was BEAUTIFUL, including his gameplay and CGI cutscenes. But you have to admit, that swordfight that the legendary angel had with Cloud was just AMAZING! That chuckle that the fallen angel did when he clashed swords with Cloud was DOWNRIGHT SADISTIC and it sent thousands of chills down my spine, especially that EVIL SMILE when the swords clashed and the sparks lit up the angel's face, showing us his smile. At that point, I KNEW Sephiroth was NOT playing around with anyone and that he was the PERFECT main for me. And OMG, I LOVED how the fallen angel unfurled his wing and black feathers started falling out of it, especially how his wing was kept in the scene where Sephiroth 'killed' Mario. Why I like Sephiroth so much is that we got to challenge him in his own December 2020 Sephiroth Challenge to unlock him early as a playable character and he even got his own Classic Mode Route in the form of an old-fashioned Boss Rush. Nintendo REALLY took notes on Final Fantasy! And I LOVED how they designed Sephiroth, from his long silver flowing hair, boots, long coat, katana and cat-like eyes and that evil smile!

Whatever the next game will be like, it won't surpass Ultimate, but rather likely be some kind of soft reboot, changing the Smash formula in its core.

There are my honest thoughts about Smash Ultimate's Final Reveal.
BIG TL;DR and MUCH BIGGER Spoiler Alert: You've been warned.
I couldn't believe that just happened, I gave up on praying Sora to be candidate to Smash because of being part of Disney's cooperation with Tetsuya Nomura, Square's biggest Artist Designer.
Sora first appeared as crossover fighter exclusively for a fan-game of Smash Series named Super Smash Flash 2, then that happened after all this time.
It actually gave me a heartburn (By happiness, not diabeetus) when Sora made it as a last Fighter, not appearing in his fully-grown attire in KH2 nor KH3 like he did in Smash Flash 2, but appeared as a preteen in the first Kingdom Hearts game.
Remember Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy's Big Picture Show, Danny Antonucci's Series Finale Movie? I did, too.
To me, the Big Picture Show's ending (excluding Post-credits scene) and the Cinematic scenes of Sora's Full Reveal Trailer has some BIG similarities, here's the comparison.
Smash Ultimate: After being the only fighter to revive, Mario walked towards the flaming fragment, then grabbed and threw a flaming fragment with his courage, forming a Keyblade (Kingdom Key) that ultimately summons Sora and reviving all the other fighters. Mario and Sora then gave each other a handshake of truce, causing joy to every fighter (Except Ganondorf and Sephiroth).
Big Picture Show: After his friends (Definitely Ed) stopped his brother from his brutality, Eddy tearfully confesses about his scams, his ego, and all other thoughtless things he had done to his friends; Double D Edd and Ed, and the entire Cul-De-Sac neighborhood (Except Jonny and Plank) and begged for forgiveness, then the neighborhood praised the Eds for standing up for themselves, giving them a happy ending. Also, Double D Mentioned total episodes of 127 and 4 specials it took to happen. *Meanwhile, Kanker Sisters are invading Eddy's Brother's Whale-looking Trailer and doing something unimaginable to him after harming Eddy and Double D*
And those are my thoughts on the final reveal. In other words, The Final Reveal gave me Ed, Edd, 'N' Eddy's Big Picture Show Ending Vibes.
I have one last thing to say... #ThankYouSakurai Thank you for creating and developing a biggest crossover Platform-Fighting game ever, Sakurai-san.
I really wished it didn't finished that way.... they should put something like the Champions from BotW
