    Sir you have given a great description on brachilis and brachioradialis muscle (hammer curls).
    This is most important if we want to add definition to our biceps with size
    So it's a great workout

    One of the best pro bb of our time Gianlucca catapano has passed away at 47 years old in italy. He was a great man and will be missed by all especially his family and team catapano which he trained in las vegas. Ex champion of the world
